Audi Q7 Hybrid will travel 1410 kilometers without refueling

Company Audi held at the Geneva Motor Show the presentation of the hybrid version Q7 SUV new generation, which is called e-tron. Diesel-electric propulsion system allows the model to drive 1410 kilometers without refueling. Cruising pure electric is 56 kilometers.

Power for the electric motor provides a set of lithium-ion batteries, consisting of 168 individual cells. Power supply is 17.3 kilowatt-hours. The model equipped with a two-phase charger capacity of 7.2 kilowatts. Depending on the type of network to which is connected the car battery may be fully recharged for 2.5 hours. In addition, Q7 e-tron manned heat pump, which pumps out excess heat from the electrical components of the power plant and can be used for heating the cabin.
