Audi chief designer Marc Lichte, whose debut project was the Audi Prologue, argues that it embodies the sporty character of the brand and its bonuses. “Our team has adopted a completely new approach to design, and working on the exterior and on the interior,” – said the chief stylist Audi. Marc Lichte also noted that he’s working on the styling of the concept; the designers were inspired by the famous sports car Audi end of the last century, including the Audi Quattro. The concept is comparable in size to the current flagship Audi A8, but it turned out just below and has only two doors. Prologue is built on a specially created for him chassis with five-link suspension, pneumatic elements instead of shock absorbers and rear-wheel steering – they can be rotated five degrees. This should improve the handling coupe at high speeds and maneuverability in the parking lot.
